Rates Per Week Weekday - 2 night min. Weekend - 2 night min. Per Month
Regular Rates $700 per week $115 per night $135 per night $2,200 month
Holiday Rates * $800 per week $135 per night $135 per night $2,700 month


* Holiday and festival weekends from May 1 - Feb. 1 require a minimum of 3 nights and will not be reserved more than 3 weeks in advance unless you reserve at least a week's stay.

Holidays and festivals book up quickly. The minimum booking is a requirement. Busy times include the usual holidays, the Arts Festival in April, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, and the Seafood Festival in October. Please email us with questions.(Rates are subject to increase without notice. Please check with us at the time of reservation.)

Rates do not include Florida 9% tax. No additional cleaning fees are charged. A credit card number is required to hold your reservation.
